Breaking any of these rules are ground for immediate termination:
- Tenant shall be responsible for removal of snow from porch steps and sidewalks.
- Tenant is required to carry responsible Rental Insurance.
Proof of coverage must be provided to Landlord.
- Tenant shall NOT install a satellite system or television antenna.
- NO smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, or any tobacco in any interior premises of the building or within 15 feet of any entry.
- Tenant shall NOT burn candles or possess any open or closed flames.
- Tenant will not place tampons, condoms or flushable wipes in toilet. Any clog in the drains that is declared to be caused by the tenant will be cleared and charged to tenant.
- Do NOT put grease, food, hair, or any other item that may clog into the drain.
- No grill is allowed on deck/balcony. Grills must be at least 5ft from any structure when in use.
- Noise: All radios, TV, music players must be turned down to a level not to disturb neighbors.
